Having spent over 25 years working for banks, building societies and insurance companies, I decieded to have complete change of direction and move to ILP.
This had enabled me to leave behind some of the "boring" bits of managing a team in a large organisation and focus on where my strengths lie. This includes training, sales, collation of management information & reconciliation of the management accounts. One of the refreshing aspects of working for a small company is how flexible it can be in responding to client demands.
Since moving I have qualified to deliver Trusted Assessor training. I have also been involved in writing and delivering our own Trusted Assessor Training course and a course for one of our partners.
