Jen Hall

Jen Hall, Managing Director of ILP since the company began in October 2005.
After being made redundant from the plastics industry as Health and Safety Co-ordinator for UK and USA plants, I was at a loss as to what to do.
Eventually, I received an honours degree in Health Studies and started work with the then termed, Disabled Living Centre within Shropshire Council. I have been with the same service now for ten years and in that time have seen the service change from local authority, to charity to a private business. I feel privileged to work within this service, with a valuable job to do for people of Shropshire.
